Outstanding customer service through toad ranch!!! Purchased a herpstat 4 spyderweb that was misdelivered by the postal service. After communicating with Daniel at Toad Ranch, they shipped me a new unit which was delivered very quickly. Connected the unit to my enclosure heat sources and set up was simple and quick. Very satisfied with both the product and the service. Will be buying from Toad Ranch again!!
There are many enclosure companies out there, but none of them craft the durable/forever enclosures like ToadRanch. You get what you spend with them in quality. This review is EXTREMELY late as I wanted to have a nice enclosure to post, but I couldnt wait for the plants to grow in. This isnt dome, but you can see the possibilities.
However high quality and how nice you think this enclosure will be, it will be even better. I don't make much money and this was a big expense for me so I was worried.
No need to worry though. The enclosure is gorgeous and extremely solid/sturdy. Nicest peace of furniture in my house. I'm jealous of my snake as I wish I could live in there. As a bonus, the humidity and temps are always perfect now (I struggled with both with my previous enclosure).
Might have to buy the coffee mug eventually lol.
I'm really pleased with the enclosure I purchased from Toad Ranch. The pvc is really thick, and assembly was straightforward despite being a large cage.
Two things I wish I had planned for before it arrived:
Sealant is not included, so grabbing it before it arrived would have shortened the time to getting my snake moved over.
2) Because of the size of my enclosure, shipping was a big more complicated than I anticipated. I hadn't planned for the arrival and was traveling the day it was due to arrive from XPO. I regret not getting more details about the shipping and the enclosure weight before it arrived.
Overall it was worth the wait and money and I am excited to have a quality display with more room for my boa to climb around in.

We also really appreciate your feedback regarding the shipping communication. We're always looking for ways to improve the customer experience, and your input helps us do just that. After looking into it, we're planning to add extra messaging at checkout to better clarify the freight shipping process, similar to what’s already outlined on our product pages.
We do send out update emails to our freight customers before shipping to help set expectations, but sometimes these can end up in spam folders. Hopefully, XPO reached out to you ahead of delivery to schedule an appointment — that’s part of their process. If they didn’t, please let us know so we can follow up with them directly.

This was the second encloser I've purchased from Toad Ranch. As always they are super easy to assemble. I added a misting system in both to raise humidity. I use the enclosure for newly hatched box turtles. They spend their First winter in the enclosed. This gives them a headstart before they go into an outside enclose the following spring. Great product.
