First off, packaging was super secure and safe, no damage to anything whatsoever.
The pieces are all super clean fitting, no overlap, nothing off center, everything fits together perfectly and tightly.
The look is beautiful, the mahogany front is wonderful to sit and stare at while viewing my snake. The PVC is solid, not flimsy at all. The enclosure performs flawlessly holding heat and humidity.
Customer service was SUPER easy to work with even with a couple of late changes to my order and enclosure dimensions, they were kind and understanding, and promptly made the requested changes without any issues (thanks again for that!)

All in all, I see why Toad Ranch has such a reputation as being one of the top tier choices. Stunning enclosures, beautiful performance, fantastic employee team.

This enclosure came highly recommended online in multiple forums. One of if not almost alway the top pick. Made the decision to save up and not cheap out. Boy was that the right decision and it was worth every penny. It’s well constructed, not a single hole misaligned, and packaged so well I think UPS could have dropped it from the truck and ran it over, and I would have not noticed. This is the best investment you could make for your pet and I couldn’t say enough about it. It holds humidity so well I haven’t had to add water in 2 weeks, and it’s still strong. Night and day from every other day in my old enclosure.

I absolutely love my new Toad Ranch enclosure. It is extremely sturdy and perfectly meets my needs for my new bearded dragon. I paired it with the universal rocks ledge background and stand for a polished look. I was able to assemble the unit without assistance easily and I know it will hold up for years to come. The Toad Ranch team was extremely helpful ensuring I'd be available for delivery around the holiday season.

This is a gorgeous and sturdy enclosure. Very high quality and craftsmanship. It is a perfect home for my Bell’s hingeback tortoise when the conditions aren’t suitable outside. It holds the proper humidity that this species requires without using a mister/fogger. It is deep enough to hold the amount of substrate for her to burrow. I am so glad she has the perfect indoor home so she can relax.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this was built and went together easy. Stacked them and they look amazing. My Dumerils and BCI are both loving these. Excellent product and worth the wait!

I am extremely impressed with the quality of these enclosures. Shipping matched up accordingly with estimated lead time. I have them set up as bioactive enclosures. Instructions were clear and if not, a quick YouTube search did the trick! I had to add my own locks though. I will be ordering again for my boa imperator enclosure when it is time for his upgrade. Customer service was excellent!

Can't be happier with this enclosure for my bearded dragon! It was a breeze to put together- i paired it with a pedestal stand and it looks seamless. It holds heat exceptionally well and the vents are easy to place a fan on to assist with air flow-

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my daughter who has a red tail boat that had out grown. It's last enclosure. There was no way it was going to reach us before Christmas because, when you make good products you tend to stay busy and it takes time. I emailed toad ranch and asked them if they could send me a picture of something similar to the one I ordered and they not only did that. They also sent one of their coffee mugs so that my daughter would have something done wrap at Christmas. It was a wonderful gesture. I did let my daughter unwrap it and then I took it from her. It's a great mug. But, more importantly, the enclosure is awesome. Well made, sturdy, and looks great. That's exactly as advertised in exactly what was needed. I had decided I wanted something that looked good because it's going to be in my living room for at least a few years and as I decorate the inside of it more it will become a focal point. My only regret is that I did not go ahead and spring for the background. I will probably add that later.

That, too, arrived on time and using a decal application kit suggested my Toad Ranch, I successfully installed all three sides into my cage. Talk about a gorgeous setup, and that was BEFORE I added all of my bioactive materials. Will be home to a Ghost Corn Snake in four weeks after I let it "mature" a bit and establish itself. Can hardly wait until my NEXT Toad Ranch cage...awesome!

After years of piecing together cages/tanks as my boys grew, I decided it was time to make the jump to something long term, better quality and that looked better than the setup I had (with lights and cables hanging out everywhere). Someone recommended checking out Toad Ranch. I knew right away it was what I wanted but had to pause when I began looking at the price of everything I wanted. After some deliberation (and saving), I was finally able to get the 2 tiered, 5 ft long tanks I wanted for my boys.

Denni was a true saint! I had so many questions for her. I made changes to my order after placing it based on her feedback. She rolled with all of it! She mentioned things I didn't realize or think about at all. In the end, her guidance helped me make the perfect habitat for my guys.

The tanks were pretty easy to put together. We spent a lot of time reading over the instructions and looking at the website to make sure we were doing exactly what we needed to do. In the end, they turned out perfect! My boys have been more active and really enjoying exploring the new space. Our living room looks amazing! My husband jokes that it looks like an upscale Petco now. Everything is self contained: there are no wires or lights showing. Everyone who has come over has complimented us on how awesome it looks.

When I ordered there was a 10 to 12 week lead time. I knew and ordered anyways because I really thought these enclosures would be worth it. After 8 weeks I had my enclosure, but then had to move. Now we are in the new house, cheeseburger is in his new enclosure and I can honestly say I've found the right company. From the ease of assembly to the hand written thank you note, everything was beyond my expectations. There was a drill start next to one of my holes on the bottom panel, just an FYI. I am still beyond happy. Having racks, glass terrariums, and home built wood and pvc enclosures, I've never owned such a quality enclosure before. Time to convince my wife to let me upgrade all the enclosures. :)

I admit, putting the large enclosure together myself was a big task for me. And, because I'm wimpy, I strained my muscles moving it (with help), but the trouble I had with the enclosure is only related to my personal shortcomings. It was money well spent, and sweat worth shedding. My Sausage Baldrick (blue tongue skink) seems to be really enjoying the upgrade. Lil man is gonna have fun digging, loafing on top of his new favorite hide, observing out his window, and general skinking-around his enclosure, for years to come.
