This oversized item ships via freight and arrives securely strapped to a pallet inside a freight truck. To ensure safe and easy unloading, we include lift gate service—a hydraulic platform that gently lowers your enclosure from the truck bed (typically ~4 feet high) down to ground level.

Delivery is curbside only—usually at the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible point. Please note: the freight carrier does not bring the item inside or provide setup.

Install two heat lamp fixtures positioned closely together on one side of the enclosure to create a broad, consistent basking zone—ideal for species that benefit from wider thermal gradients. 

Safety Accessories 

(2) wire heat lamp safety baskets for interior-mounted fixtures to prevent accidental burns (recommended for snakes and other active climbers).

Heat Safety Notice Prefer exterior-mounted lighting and heating? Select the Perforated Aluminum Screen Top—perfect for clamp-style fixtures, UVB, and LED lighting placed outside the enclosure. If housing snakes or other reptiles that may contact interior fixtures, we strongly recommend using wire safety baskets to prevent burns. Always pair heat bulbs with a thermostat controller to maintain safe temperatures and protect your animal.

Flat-Packed for Safe Delivery & Easy Assembly:

All enclosures, stands, and hoods are shipped flat-packed to prevent damage during transit.

Each unit is pre-assembled for quality assurance, making final assembly a simple process. Just five body panels and the pre-assembled front frame (with door track already installed) need to be secured—and there's only one screw size required.

Assembly is straightforward: a screwdriver is all you’ll need. Easy-to-follow instructions are included with every order and can also be accessed HERE.
