Lead Time:
Our lead times are updated frequently—please check this page right before placing your order to ensure you have up-to-date production scheduling.
Lead time refers to the period between placing your order and the time it ships out from our facility here in Webb City Mo.
We take pride in maintaining a reliable shipping schedule. Orders will ship no later than the timeframe listed below, and we keep a close eye on our workflow to ensure timeliness and transparency.
We're thrilled to announce that Toad Ranch has recently moved into a much larger building! This exciting upgrade—along with onboarding new team members and investing in additional equipment—is helping us ramp up capacity and streamline our operations. Our goal is to significantly reduce lead times and serve our customers even better in the months ahead. Made-to-Order Custom Items:
This timeline applies to all Enclosures, Stands, and Hoods, unless the product title clearly states, “Quick Ship” or “Ready Ship.”

Every item we build is custom—whether you select standard specs or personalized options. Each enclosure, stand, and hood is made-to-order with meticulous attention to quality and detail.

Quick Ship Enclosures:
Quick Ship items are made-to-order but follow an expedited build schedule. These enclosures are clearly marked as “Quick Ship” in the product title and offer a streamlined ordering experience.

Ready Ship Enclosures:
Ready Ship items are pre-built, boxed, and waiting on a shipping label—making them our fastest option available.

Bask-N-Hides (Standard Sizes):
Single-Wide, Double-Wide, and Triple-Wide sizes only. These sizes are usually in stock for immediate shipping but will ship no later than:

Giant Bask-N-Hides and Bask-N-Nests
These are made-to-order custom items and go on our standard production schedule. We do not offer expedited builds on these items.
• Ships In: 11-14 weeks •
Accessories- Heating, Lighting, Locks, Fans:
Including but not limited to Arcadia Products, Reptile Enclosure Fans, Locks, etc. These items are in stock when available on the website and ship no later than:
• Ships in 1-5 Business Days •
Destination Enclosure Backgrounds:
These are made-to-order custom items. When purchased to ship separately (not being installed on an enclosure by Toad Ranch).

Customers with Current Orders:
Please note that the lead times displayed on this page apply only to new orders placed today.
Your individual lead time is based on the schedule in effect when you placed your order. You’ll find this confirmed in your order confirmation email, which serves as your reference for production timing.
If today’s posted lead time is shorter than when you ordered, there’s a good chance your enclosure will ship ahead of schedule. If it’s longer, rest assured—it will not affect your ship date.
We’ll send you an update the week of (or just before) your build enters final production so you know it’s nearly complete. Be sure to check your email regularly—and keep an eye on your spam folder, just in case our message lands there!
Shipping Rates
Enclosures, Stands and Hoods Shipping:
Free shipping applies to enclosures, stands, and hoods within the contiguous United States. No matter what size.
Unfortunately, Alaska and certain remote locations are excluded due to high carrier rates and limited-service availability. If you’re placing an order from an excluded area, please contact us first—we’ll provide a tailored shipping quote and help explore available options.
For freight shipments, lift gate service is always included to ensure safe and easy delivery at your location. No hidden fees, no surprises—just reliable service from start to finish.
Heating & Lighting Items Shipping:
Pricing is calculated at checkout. These items do not qualify for free shipping and will ship separately from enclosures, stands, and hoods when applicable.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can monitor delivery progress through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues: If your package arrives damaged please contact us promptly at sales@ToadRanchCages.com. We’ll assist in resolving the issue.
